spectrum inclusion was set up as a constituted group in Rossendale in february 2023 to provide support and a social group for the LGBTqia+ community in the area.
Towards the end of 2023, we were approached to help support a social group in Darwen, and then in early 2024, we became a registered CIC (Community interest company).
In march 2024, we launched our spectrum lantern campaign, which aims to identify community group and venues as LGBTQIA+ safe and friendly.
We are currently preparing for our first ever pride event for rossendale, to be held at the whitaker museum and art gallery on saturday 20th july 2024.
